I will no longer come back and I went through an anxiety attack after leaving because of how I was treated and how I was spoken to. I felt like I was under watch for something I didn't do and decided to leave. I hope the establishment looks for a new manager because right after this happened, there was security guards following us, and employees looking for us in wherever area we went. She said the district manager will not able to help you, no one can. I dont like that she was quick to accuse someone of stealing a card and then say "I didnt say you stole it". I told her I will let my bank know about this and the fact that I lost $120. I asked her how is she able to quickly help out someone else with their "stolen" card but when I asked for my credits to come back into a new card she cannot help me and refused to. She refused and said she could not help me. She kept insisting no and I asked if I could just get the credits I paid for on a new card since she said it wasnt the card I was using. I explained to her it was the card I was getting and charging. She came back with printed papers saying that they tracked down the card use and its not my card I was using. She said she will be right back and took down my debit card information and made us wait 15 minutes. I explained and showed her the bank statements on my mobile banking app also. She continued to yell at me and quickly accused me of stealing a card that doesnt belong to me, and that it's not my card. I was explaining that I was using this same card not long ago to play some games and I told her the suspended message it said. I was taken aback and my anxiety was driven up since now everyone is staring at us including the employees and the security guards. She gave me a look, and yelled at me in front of my nieces both 11 and 7 years old "This isnt your card, and this card was actually reported stolen so this does not belong to you". I went to see the attendant and explained that it was suspended. My niece tried the card herself and she said it wasnt working. I thought it was bizarre since it was the first time it's happened to me. It said "Account suspended: See attendant". When I finished playing my game, I wanted to swipe to continue. I was using that card the entire time I was there with no hassle, and recharged my card. I went to take out my nieces for a fun weekend day and was given extra funds to get a new card and my niece's card. I will say i have always gone to this place every once a month. I am writing a review based on my recent experience with this place on. I would be very cautious of going here and giving your license as we have no idea what criminal activity could be going since they do not have any idea where the license went nor did they verify the license with the lady prior to giving it to her. They offered little to no assistance in this situation. DO NOT GO HERE AS THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. When I initially went to speak with the manager, many of their employees were laughing and making jokes about the situation, one employee I remember in particular being Ian. Puliaficko, and the rest of the employees at Round1 as they did not try to help us get the license back nor offered us corporates number. Puliaficko however, made ZERO attempts to resolve this issue. Puliaficko multiple times since he had given me his personal cell number. Joe Puliaficko, however, refused to speak with my mother. Two days later my mother went and was able to get Corporates number from another employee. While waiting to speak with Mike and Joe, we noticed that the employees never verify or check the ID's when returning them to their customers. Joe Puliaficko, the district manager, REFUSED to give me corporates number and proceeded to tell me that he was the highest person in management that I could talk to for that business. Later that night at 6:55pm I went and requested to speak with a manager. The employees working at that time were Chris and Tim. The employees working at that time she was there, had given her license to another woman. When she went to retrieve her drivers license, the employees had no idea where it went. NEVER GO HERE!!!! My sister went to this round 1 location on January 2nd, 2019, and had to turn in her drivers license in order to play pool.
